Our Skilled and certified technicians are able to perform upgrades and repairs on all major brands and models whether it is a Dot Matrix, laser,Multifunction Printer or a single,Dual,Quad Core processor laptop .
Anything from memory upgrades to system board replacement. All repairs are done to our clients complete satisfaction.

SERVICIO DE TALLER
Depot (Carry-In) Service
In House (also known as depot) service is at charged $45.00/hour and after "Our 1HR minimum labor" we bill at $40/Additional Hr in 1/2 HR increments
After equipment is brought to our facility we will troubleshoot, diagnose and call you in a 24-48HR period (aprox) with an estimate of repair
"If estimate of repair is declined" there will be a $45.00 Diagnostics fee which equals our 1hr minimum
Diagnosis fee are not added to repair quotes nor incorporated into such. repair estimates are based on actual repair time.
Note: Diagnostics at times may take up to several hours of troubleshooting yet we still charge the flat rate diagnostic fee

We offer rates which make sense.

Business On Site Service Call
Starts at $95.00 Which Consists of a One Time $30.00 travel charge and $65.00 for the first hour of service(minimum) Plus "If Needed" cost of parts and any possible extended labor charges for approval @ $60.00 per additional hour billed at 1/2 hour increments
Servicio A Residencia
Residential On Site Service call
Starts at $75.00 which consists of a one time $30.00 travel charge and $45.00 for the first hour of service(minimum) plus "If Needed "cost of parts and any possible extended labor charges for approval @ $40.00 per additional hour billed at 1/2 hour increments.
If repair is not cost effective or part is unavailable YOU ARE ONLY LIABLE for the Initial service call charge

RUSH SERVICE
Rush service available at an additional cost of $75. This is a guaranteed same day service and the objective is same day repair turnaround (May not be possible in some cases) We will offer you this service only if after analizing the nature of repair we can assure you delivery of this service.

SERVICE WARRANTY
We will back all Repair work with a 3-Month Warranty from the original date of repair and only on the problem(s) reported at the time service is requested. Sofware issues such as spyware, viruses and program installs are not covered under this warranty.
Customers is responsible for backing up their data before servicing. Lab Technologies, Inc WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE
for any partial OR total data loss.
Backup, if hardware and data is not comprimised ,is a separate and offered billable service offered by our company.
